A tower shaped like a sail, steps from the Burlington waterfront.
BeauSoleil rises 29 storeys from a four storey podium at Lakeshore Road and Pearl Street, a short walk from Lake Ontario and Spencer Smith Park. Turner Fleischer drew the building from the lines of a sailboat: curved glass balconies climb the tower in continuous ribbons, and oversized window walls open every suite to the lake on one side and the city on the other.
Retail at grade animates the sidewalk. Above it, the fifth floor terrace carries a pool, fire pit lounges and outdoor dining, and a Sky Club with its own balcony crowns the tower. SCOP leads sales strategy and execution for Carriage Gate Homes.
