Two towers a block from Yonge and Eglinton, built to be held.
Sixty Five Broadway brings two towers to a quiet midtown street a block from Yonge and Eglinton, above a four storey podium with a landscaped courtyard between them. Wallman Architects staggered the balconies floor by floor so each suite reads as its own volume, and the pattern gives the pair a presence on the skyline that a flat curtain wall never could.
The Gallery lounge, designed by Tomas Pearce, runs the length of the podium with a glass enclosed study room at its centre. An executive gym overlooks the courtyard, a party room with chef’s table sits beside it, and a rooftop terrace with barbecue pods and privacy screens tops the podium. A 24 hour concierge and smart suite entry round out the building.
